Current Opportunities
This position supports ISS integrators and end-users on ISS software for video surveillance and security. This is a fast paced dynamic customer service and support environment. Prior experience in security applications is required and help desk and/or installation experience is a plus. Will work closely with technicians and other Customer Service professionals. Candidates must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to identify problems and provide resolutions including researching product issues, training customers in the use of our software and documenting product-related help desk issues. Diagnostic/troubleshooting abilities required, as well as knowledge of Windows Operating Systems. Education and Experience: A minimum of an Associates degree in Computer Science, MIS or other related field is highly desirable. 3 or more years of relevant work experience, including both CCTV and software programming is recommended.
