ISS Global chosen to safeguard KONCAR facility in Croatia

The security systems integrator for KONČAR, Sistem Video of Croatia, chose the ISS VideoInspector Global digital video server as the choice for its video security implementation. VideoInspector Global was an ideal choice for the deployment due to the customer’s requirement of significant system customization and scalability over the tenure of the deployment. Phase 1 of the deployment was implemented on the perimeter and manufacturing facilities with centralized security monitoring and management. The required long term extensibility of the system includes the capability to add significantly more cameras and associated video servers, unified within a single security network, and the addition of integrated components, such as access control and/or fire systems. Due to KONČAR’s extensive operations and facilities throughout Europe, the capability of the VideoInspector Global video server network to manage additional cameras and servers, even at remote locations, was considered a significant edge in being selected as the final choice.
