Cancun, Mexico under ISS Safe City Coverage

Cancun, Mexico - December 1, 2008 - Securing the most conflicted visitors zone in Cancun from criminal acts and safeguarding Cancun's millions of annual visitors required an enterprise level security solution. The city of Cancun chose Sistemas Ejecutivos de Protección Privada to implement an ISS SecurOS video surveillance solution. The project will scale to a total of 187 cameras and manage and monitor all tourist and business areas with a wireless communication system using the tallest building in each zone (i.e. Cancun Convention Center) to transmit and repeat the video from cameras to a Citizen Attention Center.

The Citizen Attention Center provides video monitoring 24 hours a day by operators who analyze the zone activity. In the near future, this system will be connected locally to the Public Security Secretary and reply information to “Plataforma Mexico” (Federal Information Platform of Security). Value Proposition:
