Training & Support

ISS provides detailed training and seminars to qualified partners on engineering, deployment, programming, and administration of ISS technologies.  These programs are available to architects & engineers, consultants, integrators, and installers, as well as to end users and law enforcement personnel.  The training is suited for the specific needs of the above professionals.  Training can be done in standard classroom settings or in small groups.

Multiple topics are covered in one extended course (about 3 days) or in smaller topic by topic sessions:

• Integration capabilities and understanding of system firmware
• Smart Video Capabilities

• Deploying and basic Programming of the system(s)

• Customized Solutions to Meet Client or Industry Needs

Key Notes on the ISS Training program(s):

• Instruction includes theoretical and practical parts
• Instruction may be on individual or group setting
• Course charges may be waived
• All participants in the seminars receive a set of information-reference materials
• Purchase and/or trial of demo system may be required
• Individual programs are available
• The average duration of one seminar is from 1 -5 days
• Upon completion and subsequent testing, participants receive ISS certification
